We invite all visitors to explore this repository of articles, guides, and templates related to the management and care of property and assets. Click on the Resource list above to begin your search.
Specific documents related Archdiocesan processes and policies are reserved for our parishes, accessible exclusively through the Priest Login. For example, only pastors can access the Vendors and Contractors List and the Real Estate Forms.
Vendors and Contractors List
The Vendor and Contractor list serves as a resource for parishes to assist them in their operations. The contents of the list originates from various sources. Although we have experience with many of the businesses listed, others have been referred to us through our contacts over the years. As such, we do not endorse any particular contractor. Parishes need to do their own research and select the contractor or vendor best suited to their requirements and budget. Please keep in mind that bids from vendors are free of charge.
We continually update this resource, adding and subtracting vendors based on feedback from pastors and parishes alike. If you have a story you would like to share or a recommendation that you would like added to the list, please click here to contact us.
Pastors only: See the Priest Log In to view the Vendor & Contractor list.
Real Estate Forms
The Department of Property and Assets guides pastors and their teams through the process of appraising, listing and selling property.
If you are a pastor considering options related to parish property, contact us for a preliminary discussion. If you decide to move forward, your project manager will soon direct you towards some key documents in our repository:
- Real Estate Process, outlining all the steps and how all the participants interact
- Reference guide, mapping the paper to the action steps
- Disposition of Sacred Goods, cross-referencing the options for preserving our patrimony
Feel free to search all resources here on your own for general education, but be sure to call us for any reason before getting too tangled up in the documentation. We want to you to Talk to Us.
